We are excited to provide additional information on our October 14, 2025 Trade Show & Education Conference!
EXHIBITORS: Booth sales will open online Wednesday, June 25 at 10:00 a.m. CST to all returning 2024 exhibitors only. Any remaining booths will be available for purchase by all CAA Associate member companies starting Wednesday, July 9 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Click here to view the 2025 Floorpan!
2025 Booth Pricing:
Standard 8 x 10 (blue): $1,600
Premium 8 x10 (green): $1,850
Double Endcap 12x16 (yellow): $2,500

ATTENDEES: Early bird registration rates will be available July 16 - September 10. Prices will increase thereafter, and any walk-in (day of) registrations will incur an additional $15 processing fee. So we encourage everyone to sign up early! The last day to register online will be October 8.
