 Dates: April 10 & 11 (Must attend both virtual days) 

Times: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Register for the Two-Day Virtual class
➢ You will receive a package containing a letter with instructions on how to join the virtual class, and which worksheets to complete prior to class, your Pool & Spa Operator Handbook, and supplemental handouts that will be completed in class.

➢ To join the virtual class an email will be sent with instructions and details to logon to the virtual class on GoToMeeting.
➢ Day 1: Review test your math skills, virtual class using the Pool and Hot Tub Handbook, and Supplemental Handbook, Homework assignment
➢ Day 2: Completion of handbook and materials, final review (homework), email from instructor with instructions to log into the PHTA portal for the exam.

Requirements/Materials for CPO Classes
✓ Computer and/or Laptop with camera or attached webcam and microphone so you can dial into a meeting and communicate with the class

For the Virtual Class Exam Online
➢Upon completion of attendance of the two-day virtual class, you will be emailed instructions to log on to the PHTA portal to begin your Pool and Spa Certified Operator exam

The exam is administered on the second day, after the lunch break between.  

You must log back onto the GoTo meeting and be visible and present while taking the exam.

Using the instructions that have been emailed to you, copy the Access Code and Password and paste into the Portal were instructed to take the exam.

➢ The exam results will be verified by PHTA who will then email your Certificate when it is ready to the email provided.
