Associate/Supplier Member
A company that provides products and/or services to owners, property management companies and apartment communities.

*CAA is on a January - December billing cycle. You will be invoiced upfront for a full year and prorated during the second year (based on the date that you join). The second year invoice will be due January 31 of the following year (regardless of when you join). If you join after October 1, you will be invoiced for a full year (and receive the last 3 months of the current year at no additional charge).
Regular/Management Member
There are three types of Management Company members. You will be prompted to select the option best fitting your company and enter in your total unit count during the registration process.

Management Company Categories & Dues:
Chicagoland Owner/Management
An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property within the counties of Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane, Kendall and Grundy. All employees of the company inherit the benefits of membership. Dues are based on a total number of units owned/managed.
Annual Dues:
1-150 Units = $350
151-500 Units = $350 + $2.75/unit
501-1500 Units = $400 + $2.87/unit
1501-2500 Units = $500 + $2.78/unit
2501-7000 Units = $550 + $2.29/unit
7001+ Units = $16,200
State of Illinois Owner/Management
An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property outside the counties of Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane, Kendall and Grundy. All employees of the company inherit the benefits of membership. Dues are based on a total number of units owned/managed.
Annual Dues:
1-150 Units = $350
151-225 Units = $475
226+ Units = $550
Not-For-Profit Owner/Management
An entity or company that owns and/or manages residential property and exists to create affordable housing opportunities. All employees of the company inherit the benefits of membership. Dues are based on a total number of units owned/managed.
Annual Dues:
$100 base fee + $.50/unit
*CAA is on a January - December billing cycle. You will be invoiced upfront for a full year and prorated for the second year (based on the date that you join). The second year invoice will be due January 31 of the following year, regardless of when you join. A one-time $50 new member processing fee will be applied to all invoices. If you join after October 1, you will be invoiced for the remainder of the current year and all of the following year.
