We will analyze, in an interactive setting, actual complaints against owners and managers, and learn from the rulings. How does a housing provider determine if a person poses a direct threat to themselves or to other residents? What constitutes “dangerous?" Your good intentions in helping someone may turn into a violation of a tenant’s rights.
