Maintenance Mania 2019

Maintenance Mania is sponsored by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) and presented by HD Supply, a leading distributor of maintenance and renovation products. This is a competition where apartment maintenance technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games focused on frequent maintenance issues.

Local winners will receive awards and recognition. ​The top regional maintenance technicians with the best times will be selected to compete for the chance to hold the National Champion title of Best Maintenance Technician at the NAA Maintenance Mania® National Championships. Top regional competitors will receive free airfare, hotel accommodations, and registration to the NAA Educational Conference and Exposition.
