Mastering Maintenance: What Maintenance Teams Need to Know About Fair Housing

Management and leasing teams are always included in Fair Housing training, often leaving maintenance folks behind. However, as a maintenance technician, you are usually the most customer facing person on the team. It is important you understand the Federal Fair Housing laws and how they affect you and your career. Recently, there have been many claims filed against maintenance technicians that are based on both Fair Housing and Sexual Harassment issues, with hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements. This session will provide a quick overview for you to better understand your role with these very important subjects.

Join Vicki Sharp and the Webinar Wednesday Team on October 16, 2019 at 2pm Eastern Time to Get in the Know about Fair Housing!
