CAA Membership Surpasses 200,000 Units

For the first time ever the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s membership has exceeded 200,000 units. CAA reported membership recently to the National Apartment Association of 203,058 rental units, 191 management companies/owners and 261 associate/vendor members.  The number of apartment units increased by almost 11 percent over 2017, strengthening our position as one of the largest NAA affiliates in the country. The CAA Board of Directors, leadership and staff is grateful for the support of our apartment owners, managers and supplier partners, and we look forward to achieving great things in 2019 together.
