Coronavirus Update – Message to CAA Members
Dear Chicagoland Apartment Association Members:
The health and safety of our multifamily housing community is of the utmost importance to us, and we are actively monitoring the evolving situation related to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are making an effort to closely follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Chicago Department of Public Health with regards to safety and precautions.
It is our goal to distribute regular updates and resources to our members and partners seeking industry best practices related to the COVID-19 crisis to assist you in navigating this evolving situation. Additionally, The National Apartment Association has published a comprehensive "Guidance for Dealing with the Coronavirus" on its website specifically for COVID-19 related issues. Access the "Coronavirus Resources" page on our website for sample notices and documents shared by CAA members.
The Chicagoland Apartment Association remains fully dedicated to supporting our members during these uncertain times. While we will adhere to the recommendation of public health officials to have our internal staff work from home during the coming weeks, you will see no disruption in the services we provide during this period.
