Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021: What Multifamly Professionals Need to Know

CAA Members,

On December 21, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, the second economic stimulus relief bill in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Within the $900 Billion of appropriations is $25 Billion in direct rental assistance, an item the National Apartment Association and it’s affiliates, including CAA, have been advocating for Congress to include. It also includes an extension of the CDC eviction moratorium until January 31.  For more information on the contents of the stimulus package, click here.
